Q: Will you be listing my property on with a real estate agent?
A: We’re not real estate agents, we are professional buyers. We buy based on the After Repair Value (ARV) of the property. So, if your property meets our purchasing criteria we will pay any liens on the property, repair it, and/or resell it (sometimes through a real estate agency). We may also rent it out ourselves, or partner with other real estate investors. However, before we do anything, we have to provide you with an all cash payment that you are happy with.
Q: How can I be sure that your offer for my property is fair?
